When will my order ship?

All orders ship from Portland, Oregon. Orders are typically processed within 4 business days. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email.

How long does shipping take?

After your order leaves our studio, U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?

If you selected a tracked shipping option (like USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail), you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

USPS First-Class Mail is a lower-cost option and does not include tracking.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

What if an item is missing from my order?

If something is missing from your order, please contact us with your order number, a photo of the items received, and the name of the missing item. While we cannot always guarantee the exact item will be available if it is out of stock, we will do our best to resolve the situation.

What if my order was damaged during shipping?

If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us and include photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items that are damaged after delivery.

How do I use a promo or discount code?

Enter your code in the Promo Code field at checkout and click Apply to update your total before completing your purchase. Only one promo code can be used per order. If your code does not work, try clearing your browser cache or using a different device.

Can I add items to my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it or add additional items. If you would like to purchase more items, please place a new order. Shipping will apply to the new order separately.
